We are looking to recruit talented Head We are currently looking to recruit talented Head Chef for our brand new family friendly restaurant and brasserie style bar, which will be located in the heart of Perth.

Our offering will include an excellent range of stone baked pizzas, pastas, burgers and more- plus a truly innovative new cocktail experience for Perth. Designed by the acclaimed Jim Hamilton of Corinthian Club and Blythswood Hotel fame, our new home with be a welcoming and warm place to eat and drink from breakfast time until late, 7 days a week.

We offer a good financial package to an experienced Head Chef that leads from the front and is extremely hands on. We are looking for a passionate Chef who is experienced in:

• Cooking fresh foods, with great food knowledge
• Delivering margins and labour controls
• Good understanding of food safety
• Motivate, and manage a team
• Recruit and train new team members
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Maintaining customer satisfaction... even the very little ones

As Head Chef you will have overall responsibility for managing all aspects of the kitchen environment and will work closely alongside the General Manager of the Unit. If you are successful we offer:
